Our Buildings

Our city-centre locations are designed to support accessibility and include: Step-free access at ground level. Lift access to upper floors (where applicable). Accessible toilet facilities. Wide circulation spaces and clear internal signage. Flexible seating and workspace options.

Where historic or structural constraints exist, we aim to provide reasonable alternatives and support wherever possible.

Events & Visits

We recognise that visiting a new space can be challenging for some people. To support this, we provide: Pre-arrival information and walk-through videos for selected locations when requested. Clear wayfinding and staff support on arrival The option to contact our team in advance to discuss specific access needs

Digital Accessibility

We aim to make our website accessible and usable for as many people as possible. We are actively working to improve: Readability and contrast. Clear navigation and structure. Compatibility with assistive technologies
