Member Spotlight: Rob O’Halloran, Co-Founder of Rob&Paul

Rob&Paul is a dynamic digital design agency specialising in website design and development, branding and graphic design. Despite being a small team, they have established themselves as a significant player in the digital design world with clients in Ireland, the UK and the US. Their mission goes beyond design, they are committed to being creative partners for their clients, guiding them through their brand evolution journey.

This week, we sat down with co-founder Rob O’Halloran to speak about the emergence of Rob&Paul, what they do and of course, his favourite things about the PorterShed. Rob oversees the business development and operations at Rob&Paul – with his role involving strategising business growth, managing client relationships, and ensuring the smooth execution of projects. 

To kick things off, we asked Rob about his overall experience of PorterShed since joining in 2018

Since 2018, we have been a proud member of the PorterShed. We chose the PorterShed for Rob&Pauls HQ for numerous reasons, including the vibrant community, the valuable networking opportunities, the engaging events, and the enriching social aspects. The PorterShed has been instrumental in fostering both my personal and professional growth, making it an ideal environment for creativity and collaboration. My favourite thing about the PorterShed is the community of people. The amazing group of professionals creates an inspiring atmosphere that fosters creativity and collaboration. The networking opportunities and engaging events further enhance the experience, making it a perfect blend of work and social interaction.

It’s hard to believe that we are already in July. With us now being in the middle of the Summer, Rob touched on how they are excited to implement AI into their workflow and what that will look like moving forward in the future…

Integrating AI will allow us to streamline processes, enhance creativity, and deliver even more innovative solutions to our clients. This technological advancement will help us stay ahead in the rapidly evolving digital design landscape. Additionally, expanding our team will further strengthen our ability to serve a broad range of industries and clients. It’s an exciting time for growth and innovation, and I can’t wait to see the positive impact these changes will bring.
